HONDASHI SEASONING WITH THE AROMAT AND TASTE OF SMOKED FISH
This is a soup concentrate made from Kombu seaweed and dried tuna. In order to get the original smoked taste of the broth just dilute the seasoning with water. In order to give stir-fry dishes a slight fishy flavor just add a few grams of this seasoning when frying noodles or rice.
