Panko Premium breadcrumbs are airy, hollow bread crumbs used for deep-frying.
Panko KANESHIRO breadcrumbs absorb almost no oil during cooking. Only natural ingredients are used for the preparation of Panko KANESHIRO "PREMIUM" breadcrumbs. Optimal size of breadcrumbs 4-6 mm, allows to completely envelope the dish and achieve minimum consumption. The breadcrumbs give volume to any dish: shrimps, breaded rolls, any kind of meat and fish. The dish gets a golden color after frying and remains crispy for up to 2 hours after cooking.
