Belgrade Goes Pan-Asian!

On April 2–3, Resfood, together with our exclusive partner MMM Lasta, hosted an unforgettable Pan-Asian Master Class in Belgrade led by @Kursant.Asianchef – ambassador of Resfood and chef of CHIKO Korean Street Food.

The event brought together 35 talented chefs from across Serbia, all eager to explore modern Asian techniques and ingredients.

A special thank you to Buddha-Bar Belgrade for the warm hospitality and stunning venue that made this experience even more memorable.

What was on the menu?
• Salmon Roll with Aji Amarillo & Mango
• Tuna Tartare in Crispy Nori
• Udon in Truffle sauce with Marinated Sea bass in Miso butter
• Beef Tataki with Unagi Caramel and Wasabi Mayo
• Salmon Tataki with Ponzu
• Mochi with strawberry juiceballs

This master class was all about flavor, creativity, and building culinary bridges.
